The human action can change aspects of water quality restricting the possible uses of water resources. It integrates the impacts of human activities, but in that regards it as a social concept. The research shows the results of water quality with a view to understanding the geochemical features and anthropic that alters the dynamics of the environment. Thus, the aim of this work was to characterize the water quality of the Córrego Fundo, located in the region of Catalão and Ouvidor, in the southeastern region of the State of Goiás. Was performed following the determination of inorganic elements (Al, As, Ba, Cd, Pb, Co, Cu, Cr, Fe, Li, Mn, Ni, Ag e Zn) in water and soil samples. These samples were collected during twelve months, from November 2008 until November - 2009, the physico-chemical tests were performed in Goiânia (GO) in the Chemistry Laboratory of Superintendência de Geologia e Mineração - Agência de Fomento do Estado de Goiás. The results of water samples were compared with those recommended by CONAMA Resolution 357/2005 to check the water quality. The crosscutting theme in the teaching environment requires reconstruction of the educational process on the concepts of ethics and morality in the face of discussions in school. The Environmental Education (EE), commonly based his speech on unscientific theories being propagated by rote this area of knowledge is for the analysis and interpretation of environmental problems, as well as strategies to raise awareness of humanity in relation to them. As stated in Law no. 9795, to April 27, 1999 EE is considered cross-cutting issue and should be addressed by all the disciplines taught in universities and colleges as specified also in the National Curriculum Parameters for Secondary Education - Guidelines and Middle School Curriculum. In this study we start from the embryo of environmental issues, that presents itself in the systematization of Geographical Science with Humboldt and Ritter. In it we will seek to show that most of the interpretations on the articulation and the evolution of knowledge coincide with the affirmation of scientific and innovative character based on elaborations of the nineteenth century, season of a real renaissance of Geography. The present study it aimed at to verify the performance of the real estate capital in the city of Catalão (GO), with prominence for the real estate speculation and the verticalization of housings enterprises, as form to accumulate the exploration of the ground urban. This paper discusses the field of education and relationship education in the city field of Geography. The proposed discussion was guided by analyzing the reality of a school field Catalan city (GO), from a historical analysis of the constitution of the School of the field in Brazil to understand the local situation chosen for the research. Education in / of the field is a recent discussion started from 1990 with the articulation of social movements and nongovernmental entities proposing a reflection on the role of the school, the teacher, the curriculum and of the countryside in the constitution of an education culture that valued the field. The struggle for education was part of the land struggle led by these movements, driven by a desire to win the right to live off the land and stay on the field. This essay presents a reading of the country lifestyle in Goias for the cultural rescue of the past. The reflections result from bonds between Geography and Literature. The intention of this research is to highlight the cultural space contents, extracting from the bond between scientific language and artistic language, the most significant elements in the relationship between subjects and territory. Such elements are appreciated by the humanist chain of Geography and are present in the literature of the Goiano writer Bernardo Elis. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar o papel da Geografia no cotidiano dos jovens trabalhadores e estudantes da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA). Busca-se com o presente trabalho entender de que maneira a Geografia auxilia os jovens no mercado de trabalho, na compreensão da cidade e no desenvolvimento da participação cidadã. In 1988 the old North of Goiás starts to belong to the State of Tocantins by act of the National Constituent Assembly. After long political arena of the creation of the State, immediately the geopolitical dispute of the setting of the Capital´s final site starts. In deciding the location of the Capital, on the right bank of the Tocantins river, near Porto Nacional, it triggers a series of problems: the inevitable loss of population and the emptying of a good part of the tasks that Porto Nacional held on the region before are simply emptied into the Capital. Thus, from a regional hegemonic position, it becomes the peripheral area of the Capital. This dissertation has the goal of discussing how the goiana identities materialize themselves in the Geography education in Goiânia, and to analyze how the students conceive what is to be goiano and what makes part of their identities. One of the procedures consisted in observation of how these students assimilate the identity speeches built by the State, media and education. We identified how this trinity reflects in the identity speeches construction having as reference the students and teachers perception. Firstly it was identified how the books do not point the referred themes neither the goiana cultural reality in their geographic interpretations. Teachers and students gave testimonials about this reality in the Geography education. The methodological procedures used to the dissertation accomplishment were reading, direct techniques to the field, interviews, questionnaires, mental maps, reports and photos. The results achieved by the interviews and observations demonstrated that the goiana identities are partially approached themes in the geography education in Goiânia and that the teachers face difficulties in materializing the thematic in the classroom. The aim of this research is to investigate the knowledge and the practices constituting the training of the Geography teacher. The relationship between knowledge and teaching practice is sought to be understood from the participation of this subject in the universe city, as school content. The subject city marks then, in this proposal, a point of reflection about the study of the space, in its dialectical understanding. It is having in mind the theoretical proposal of school Geography that I take a look at the teaching practice, as a bias which enables and promotes the training of students who are citizens and critical individuals who see the city as a place of rights, access, and social insertion. The starting goal of this study case is to go through a path that has been built between the geography and the literature by the piece of work analyses: Viver é devagar . For a theoretical basis, this work dealt with the geographic categories of place, landscape, urban space, and time to the social representation theory. In the literary work Viver é devagar , the author, as a spectator and actor, takes over the urban space in Goiânia . Place is his starting point, and landscape is his narration object. The narration begins in his lived place in a metropolis. The conceptual structure of this work starts from a symbolic dimension, because it refers to cognitive contents that allow a person to be someone who knows and interprets the reality. The author demonstrates the representations of affective life, values, believes, knowledge, dreams, hopes, and expresses a way to communicate to the world that surrounds him through literature. The methodology that best fits this research is the qualitative one. Thus, in this work, the researcher became a spokeswoman to the Felicios chronics. She constant tried to reveal what is implicit in the author s city. Las comunidades riberiñas amazónicas viven entre mundos-espacios. Lo espacio de la naturaleza, formado por el mundo de los ríos y o mundo de la selva y, lo espacio social, fomardo por la comunidad y la ciudad. Neste universo entre mundos cuestionamonos como los vecinos de la Comunidad de Jesus, localizada las margens directa de lo Río San Miguel del Guaporé (Rondónia) (re)crian suyas espacialidades. Buscamos compreender las lógicas dese proceso por la interpretación de las prácticas instituidoras del espacio concebido, percebido y vivido (LEFEBVRE, 1974). Así, elaboramos la tesi de las comunidades riberiñas como portadoras de las culturas desviantes. Los objetivos que conduziran tal ejercicio foran: i) la compreensión de las formas y de los contenidos de las espacialidades recreadas por los riberiños, ii) la comprovación de las estrategias y las tácticas probadas por los grupos en la relaciones de poder cuanto al control, dominio y apropriación de lo espacio y iii) la interpretación de las relaciones imaginarias presente en lo espacio vivido de las comunidades ribeiriñas. In this dissertation we analyze the ethnic-racial issue in the life and work of the geographer Milton Santos. We seek to understand this issue based on Milton Santos' literature and on his socio-spatial trajectory. Likewise, these factors are contextualize political, historical and geographically. We observe the impact of his intellectual formation and his experiences as a black person - in Brazil and in other countries in his analysis. Contrary to the assertion that Milton Santos never speak about this ethnicracial issue, we can identify some diversity and continuity in this approach, which, for didactic purposes, are divided into three periods: 1) the first moment of this production is between 1950 and 1964. The intellectual finishes his graduation in law in the "University of Bahia", becomes teacher in the High School of Ilhéus and ends his doctorate in geography in France. We highlight this period in the following books dealing of ethnic-racial issue: "O povoamento da Bahia" (1958) and "Marianne em preto e branco" (1960). 2) The second period is from 1964 until the end of the 1970s, time when Milton Santos is in exile. The feast of St. John the Baptist studied held annually between the City of Heitoraí-GO and the District of Uruíta-Uruana-GO. It is a rural festival, takes place on or around June 23 and has a transitory year. The organizational work is unpaid and the food fresh and served in the last days are free. All the rituals, expenses and the work is carried out collectively by the communities living in these areas. The feast of St. John the Baptist began, according to respondents, for the payment of a promise made to the local stream to get water back in his bed. In this context the question is: What and how the factors and / or cultural events (re) configure the territory of the annual feast of St. John the Baptist? What's "live" a festive area so different from the commonly experienced in other parties in the news? What is the role of myth, tradition, rituals, "places of memory" of social networks and everyday life in the (re) configuration of the party? To answer these questions, we resort to sociology, anthropology, geography, among others.
